1. About us

This website, unishaman.com (the “Shop”), is operated by Viiskanta Constellation.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Shop.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products

Our products are designs printed on items such as clothing and accessories. We make every item to order through our print and fulfilment partner, Printful, so nothing is held in stock.

We try to show our products, colours and designs as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so printed colours and placement may vary slightly from what you see online. Small variations in print position and size are normal for printed products.

Product descriptions, size charts and mockup images are for guidance. Please read them before you order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in [USD / EUR] and include [or exclude] VAT or other taxes, as stated at checkout. Shipping costs are added at checkout based on your delivery address, and the total price is shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your country and device, you may be able to pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, Revolut Pay, MobilePay or other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is only accepted once your payment has been authorised.

If a price shown is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Placing an order and how we accept it

When you click the order button, you make an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item cannot be made, if a price or description is wrong, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

Orders go into production quickly. You can change or cancel an order only until production has started. Contact us immediately at [support email].

6. Shipping and delivery

Items are printed and shipped by Printful from one of its production locations, usually the one nearest to you. Some orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Production usually takes [2–7] business days, plus delivery time. All delivery times we show are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carriers, customs, public holidays or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for giving a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, or the parcel was refused or not collected, we may charge you shipping again to send it a second time. For details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Customs and import charges. If you order from outside the country the goods ship from, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, VAT or handling fees. These are your responsibility unless they were included in your order total at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

7. Returns, refunds and defective items

Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour choices. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, and parcels that are lost in transit, as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including any right to withdraw from a distance purchase and the legal guarantee for faulty goods.

8. Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply to your order, and nothing in these Terms removes the rights those laws give you. These may include a right to cancel a distance purchase within a set period and a legal guarantee that goods are in conformity with the contract. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how we handle these rights.

9. Customer accounts

You can place an order with or without an account. If you create an account, you must keep your login details confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these Terms or for fraud.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, images, logos, text and other content on the Shop belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell or otherwise use them, except for personal, non-commercial use of the products you buy, without our written permission.

Buying a product does not give you any rights to the underlying design other than owning that physical item.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Shop for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • attempt to interfere with the Shop’s security or operation, for example by sending malware or overloading it
  • use automated tools to scrape or copy content
  • place orders using someone else’s payment details without permission

12. Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that were a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or of our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, carrier or customs delays, natural events or interruptions of internet or payment services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Shop is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

13. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Shop you acknowledge that we share order details, such as your name, address and contact information, with Printful and with carriers so your order can be produced and delivered.

14. Changes to the Shop and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Shop when you place an order applies to that order. Changes do not affect orders you have already placed.

15. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country], without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [support email] and we will try to solve it. If we cannot, you may bring the dispute before the courts of [country] or, if you are a consumer, the courts of the country where you live.
